2008 Club Membership Application

You may either print this form and then fill it out, or fill it out and then print it. It can not be "submitted" via the internet because you must submit payment with the form (please use personal check or cashiers check made out to "Chilakoot Bowhunters"). $10.00 Initiation Fee. For ALL first time members.
I am an existing member.
$20.00 Working Family Membership. For members willing to work at least 12 hours per year. Penalty of  $6.67 per hour for un-worked hours, payable upon renewal.
$100.00 Non-Working Family Membership.  For members unable or unwilling to work.
  Lifetime Memberships are also available. Please contact a board member or club officer for details. (Life Member still needs to work hours annually)
$10 Late Fee. All renewals received after January 31.

As a Working Member, you are required to help set up or work at least two public shoots and one work party as part of your 12 hours of work.  Shoot setup (first day shown for each shoot) is on Saturday morning, the shoots take place on Sunday from 7:30 to 2:00, and pickup is Sunday afternoon.  Please check off the dates you can help:
